Ingredients
- 60 ml of bourbon or rye whiskey.
- 30 ml of red vermouth.
- 2-3 drops of Angostura.
- Maraschino cherry to decorate.
- Ice.
Equipment
- Mixing glass.
- Strainer.
- Remover spoon.
- Martini glasses.
Step by Step Preparation:
- Fill the mixing glass with ice to chill it.
- Pour 60 ml of whiskey and 30 ml of vermouth into the mixing glass.
- Add 2-3 drops of Angostura.
- Stir the mixture with the spoon for about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a previously chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
